Susan Manning, CEO, was invited by our Global Life Sciences Client to attend The Tuck WBENC Executive Program, hosted by Dartmouth University and IBM. This program is an intensive, five-day executive development program for WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs).
When asked about the most beneficial aspect of the program, Susan stated, “As a woman business owner in a very male dominated industry, I have not had the opportunity previously to develop a mentor or mentee platform for my business with other women entrepreneurs. Developing strategic, on-going relationships with other women that built their business platforms successfully and can guide me to a 2, 3 or even 10X potential in the future was vital for the growth of my business.”
